Based on the decision of the Inspectorate of work, safety, welfare and education, number: 14-09/15-38-3276/11 from April 28, 2011 , the Previous Opinion of the Ministry of Education and Science of CS, No. 11-05-38-12996-1/11 from April 21 2011, and based on Article 160 paragraph 1 of the Law on higher education ("Official Gazette of Sarajevo Canton no. 22/11), IUS Senate, at its 13th meeting held on May 25, 2011 unanimously with all 8 (eight) present members adopted the following
DECISION
I
Added the amendment to the Senate decision on the adoption the new grading system, number IUS-SENAT-11-458/2011 from May 12, 2011.
II
In the article III of the above mentioned decision, in the middle of the table, it will be added a column points harmonization, that allows adjustment of the scale used in previous grading system with the points scale what is in compliance with the Article 63 of the Law on Higher Education (Official Gazette of Sarajevo Canton, No. 22/10 - Revised text).
The column showing the current letter grades is corrected and is shown as in the table below.

All the professors and teaching personnel are required to comply with table down presented column in order to properly evaluate and protect the rights of current students, as well as applied aligning scale determined by Law, as follows:

IV
IT Office and Student Affairs Office are obliged to provide full support in implementing and converting the new grading system in the Register Books in accordance with above table, as well in student transcripts and in the student information system (SIS).
All IUS personnel is obliged to provide full information to all IUS students about their rights and obligations and introduce them on the content of this decision which in any way will not interfere with previously acquired rights of students.

This Decision shall be published on the IUS notice board and on the official website for a period of 7 days from the date of entry into force of this Decision.
The rest of the decision mentioned in paragraph I of this decision remains unchanged.
VI
This Decision shall enter into force from the May 30, 2011.
