Mindfulness Therapy: Introductory Course
This course will offer participants an insight into the basics of mindfulness meditation.
We will explore the fundamentals of mindfulness - mindfulness of breath, body, emotions and thoughts.
We will also explore the RAIN technique, as a way to deal with difficult emotions (fear, anger, sadness, etc.).
We will explore Walking meditation and mindful movement practices.
