Emina Lagumdzija, MA, is an adjunct instructor at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) and the Faculty of Education (FEDU) in the ELIT and ELT study programs. She was born in Sarajevo, B&H. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Sarajevo, obtained her MA degree at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), and is currently a PhD candidate majoring in Linguistics at the IUS. At the beginning of her career, she worked at several foreign language schools in Sarajevo as an ESL instructor. In 2007, she started working for the IUS English Language School where she worked as an ESL instructor and level coordinator. Emina has authored and co-authored several articles and presented papers at conferences. Her interests include linguistics, modern teaching methodologies, and literature.
