
Irma Bejdić is a PhD candidate at the University of Innsbruck. Her research interests are centered on Applied Econometrics, with a particular focus on Causal Inference, Labor Economics, and Behavioral Economics. Her professional background includes experience at the International Labor Organization, where she contributed to promoting inclusive labor market solutions and worked on projects aimed at designing active labor market policies for unemployed youth. Currently, her work focuses on the impact evaluation of public policies in the fields of education and labor, with the aim of providing evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
