English Language and Literature Department is announcing:
The Essay Contest Winners
In March 2015 IUS English Language and Literature Department organized the Essay writing contest on the topic: "Tackling problems of unemployment in Bosnia and Herzegovina". We challenged the 4th year high school students from Bosnia and Herzegovina to be creative, unique and open-minded.
The total number of 114 students from the entire country participated at the contest. Students’ essays were evaluated according to the established assessment criteria.
The jury members had a tough job ahead of them, to choose first, second and third prize winners from the top 15 essays.
The winners of the essay contest are:
1st place: Maja Tešić, Gimnazija “Ismet Mujezinović”, Tuzla
2nd place: Nejla Babić, Gimnazija ‘’Lukavac’’, Lukavac
3rd place: Amila Novalić , JU Srednja škola Konjic, Konjic
