The University Campus of IUS is located in Sarajevo, in Ilidža, near Vrelo Bosne. It has 72,000 m2 of usable space. It is equipped with the most modern equipment and offers students high-quality and unique conditions for studying, which includes classrooms, amphitheaters, laboratories, library, research center, space for student clubs and sport fields. The University offers comfortable oncampus housing opportunities for its students. There are two dormitories (male and female) with 500-bed capacity. Each room has its own bathroom, and most of them have a separate reading room as well.

The Campus has a restaurant and a cafeteria where students can have different choices of food, with affordable prices, in a clean and pleasant environment. In the area around the campus Wi-Fi network is also available. IUS opened an infirmary which is intended to provide emergency and basic medical services to its students.

Since IUS is a multi-cultural and multi-lingual university, there are a number of ways language courses are offered. The first is the English Language School, which offers intensive English language programs for those students whose level of English do not meet the required standards. Freshman students are also offered two credited courses, which may be taken by visiting students should they so desire. For other languages such as Turkish, Bosnian, German, French, Japanese and Arabic to name a few, a variety of programs are offered through the IUSLife Lifelong Learning Center. The Center also provides vocational and self-development courses, where participants may meet locals and pursue other interests at the same time. Some examples include the psychology courses, marketing and business administration courses offered in cooperation with the Leadership and Entrepreneurship Center, arts and crafts courses such as Decoupage, Music courses such as Guitar Basics, martial arts courses such as Grappling, to name a few of the wide range of courses available at various times throughout the academic year.
