Green Business Plan Competition
About the competition
Green entrepreneurship represents a growing positive trend globally, and in recent times, it is gaining increasing importance in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in other Western Balkan countries. The main principles of green entrepreneurship focus on the utilization and renewal of natural resources, improving the overall quality of life, and caring for nature and the environment, both in the business and private spheres of individuals.
We aim to bring together ambitious young people and current or future entrepreneurs from Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a focus on green innovations and sustainable development. The competition is organized under the DeepGreenInno Project and hosted by the Faculty of Business and Administration, International University of Sarajevo.
- Teams: high school and/or university students (individual or groups)
- Business plan submission deadline: May 10, 2024.
- The Business plan should be submitted as an attached PDF to nzulic@student.ius.edu.ba. In case of any questions, please send them to the same email address.
- Competition date: June 4, 2024 at the Faculty of Business and Administration, International University of Sarajevo
- Award fund: €4,000
All participants will receive participation certificates upon the completion of the competition process. In addition to the formal competitive part, participants will have an excellent opportunity to meet industry experts and deepen their knowledge in the field of green entrepreneurship and sustainable development. Necessary materials for work will be provided by the organizers.
