23rd International Congress of Social Sciences of the Turkic World

The International Congress of Social Sciences of the Turkic World (UTDSBK) has been held annually since 2003, with the goal of strengthening academic, social, economic, and educational cooperation across the Turkic World. Each year, the congress takes place in one of the historical, cultural, or economic centers of the Turkic World, bringing together research and discussions in the field of social sciences.

The 23rd Congress will be hosted by the International University of Sarajevo from October 15–17, 2025, and will be held in a hybrid format.

Abstracts of papers accepted through peer review and presented orally by at least one of the authors will be published in the Book of Abstracts immediately after the congress. Full papers that are presented and prepared in line with the submission guidelines will be published in the Book of Proceedings.
