IUS Life – Real Estate Academy offers a comprehensive and professional education and it is a part of the program that aims to introduce students with the real estate market, estimates, planning and development in this attractive area. This Academy is intended for professionals in the field of finance, credit risk, accounting, Real Estate agents and all those who wish to educate themselves for these professions. The aim of the educational program is to explore the principles and practices of assessment of real estate through the development of basic analytical skills.

After completion of Academy, participants will be able to:

* Understand the definition of real estate valuation,

* Independently work on collecting the data analysis,

* Approach to different methods of real estate estimates,

* Independently prepare a report on the estimated value of real estate.

Friday: 17:00-19:00

Saturday and Sunday: 11:30-13:30
