Selvira Draganovic is Associate Professor at Faculty of Arts and Social Science Psychology Program and a member of IUS academic staff since 2011 teaching courses ranging from mental health and positive psychology to psychopathology and trauma psychology. She is accredited trained and experienced therapist practicing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. Her main research interest alternates from risk to protective factors in mental health and psychopathology and tackles attachment, divorce, marriage and family, abuse, violence and trauma. Currently she is manager of IUS Student’s Psychological Counseling service. Besides being a strong advocate and contributor to women empowerment she also frequently works with local student’s, teacher's and professional associations within various mental health projects.
