Instructions for contract renewals for academic year 2017/2018

Dear students,

In order to renew your study contract for the following academic year, you need to do the following:

1. Log in to Student Information System
2. From the menu, choose Renewals and payment record 
3. In thetop leftcorner you will see study contract/payment instruction draft for the following academic year, with the options for financing your studies. After you check it, you need to answer question regarding the option of financing your studies, and if you will do residence permit via IUS or on your own (for international students). Once you answered the questions, click “Complete the contract”.
   
   Important note: After you complete the contract, you will not be able to do any further changes.
   *If you cannot see your draft contract, or you have any other issues regarding contract renewals, please contact finance@ius.edu.ba.
4. Once you complete the contract, refresh the page and in the top left corner you will find your final study contract/payment instruction. Please print it, sign and send the scanned copy to finance@ius.edu.ba.
5. We kindly ask you to renew the contract until July 30, the latest, and make the payment until August 30, 2017.
6. Students who do not finish contract renewals and payments until the dates specified above will be unable to register courses in Fall semester 2017.

*Students with 100% scholarship should contact IUS Finance office via email (finance@ius.edu.ba), as their scholarship will be revised based on their CGPA.

* Students who just finished or will continue ELS in the following academic year should contact IUS Finance office via email to renew study contracts.
