D E C I S I O N

Student of the third cycle of study program “Management and Leadership Studies”, VEDRAN JAKUPOVIĆ will defend his doctoral dissertation titled as: “APPLYING SERVICE QUALITY INSTRUMENT (SERVQUAL) FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PATIENTS MOTIVATION TO ADHERE TO INSULIN THERAPY” - with focusing on implementation of requested major corrections.

The defence will be held on August 11th, 2017 at 14:00 o’clock at FBA meeting room (B F 1.27) on the first floor at building B at Faculty of Business and Administration meeting room.

Defence of the doctoral dissertation is opened for public.

All interested persons may get introduced with the dissertation at the Faculty of Business and Administration.
