Šejma Aydin, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Finance. She obtained her Ph.D. in 2019 from the International University of Sarajevo. Currently, she is a Graduate Coordinator for three study programs within the Department of Economics and Management. Throughout her career, she has authored several research papers and book chapters related to finance and entrepreneurship, and she has participated in a funded project on entrepreneurship.  Her current research interests include personal finance, with a focus on consumer finance, financial well-being, and financial literacy.
