Šejma Aydin, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Finance. She earned her Ph.D. in 2019 from the International University of Sarajevo. She currently serves as the Graduate Coordinator for three study programs within the Department of Economics and Management. Throughout her career, she has authored multiple research papers and book chapters on finance and entrepreneurship and has participated in several funded projects. She is presently a research team member on a project examining green purchase intentions, focusing on the Theory of Planned Behavior and ecological concern. Her research interests center on personal finance, focusing on consumer finance, financial well-being, and financial literacy.
