Azra Ahmić, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Economics. She received her Ph.D. from the School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo, by defending the dissertation entitled "The influence of top manager's values on the sustainable business success of SMEs in Bosnia and Herzegovina". Her research interests include leadership, business sustainability, financial management, and human resource management. She has published in several reputable journals, such as Business Systems Research, Economic Review – Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Contemporary Management Issues, Management and Business Research Quarterly, and many others. She has participated in a few research projects so far.
