Boris Kovalenko holds a MSc degree in Fundamental and Applied Chemistry (Faculty of Chemistry, Voronezh State University, Russian Federation) and a MSc degree in Genetics and Bioengineering (International University of Sarajevo). In Russia, he taught basic and advanced chemistry at secondary and high school, and worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Chemistry and Technology of Biomedical Drugs at the Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology (Moscow). At IUS, Boris Kovalenko is responsible for delivering practical classes in General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry.
