Emir Hambo holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design at the International University of Sarajevo. With a rich background in design and design education, he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Media and Communication Studies at Istanbul Commerce University in Turkey. Emir brings a diverse set of experiences, encompassing academia, agency work, and freelance design projects, spanning the realms of print, interactive, and digital design.

His extensive portfolio includes active involvement in both national and international marketing and advertising campaigns, where he has contributed his expertise to enhance the visibility and impact of various domestic and global brands and companies. Emir's academic pursuits are aligned with his professional interests, focusing on digital, media, and visual literacy, as well as visual communication and design education. Notably, he is dedicated to exploring the transformative power of design through social impact initiatives.
