Prof. Ismar Alagić Ph.D. was born in December 28th, 1973. in Doboj. He successfully completed Ph.D. degree in Engineering Science in 2008. His Master of Science degree from the field of Quality Management. Currently he holds a position of the University Professor of International University of Sarajevo, at Faculty of Engineering and Natural Science. During the earlier period he held various managerial duties and tasks in the private as well public sectors, such as: Director of Business Excellence Center of International University of Sarajevo - BECIUS (2022-2023); Chief Executive Officer at Tesanj Development Agency - TRA (2014-2022.); Advisor of Mayor for EU-funds in Tešanj Municipality (2009-2013.); Chief Executive Officer of ARTECO Wood Technology Center (2009.); Advisor of Director responsible for Technology Parks and technology at REZ Regional Development Agency in the region Central Bosnia and Herzegovina (2005-2008.); Head of Development and Technological Department in FAD (2001-2005.); Main designer in Pobjeda Tešanj (1998-2001.).
