
Sead Bašić, PhD, is a part-time Lecturer of Customer Relationship Management at the Faculty of Business and Administration, International University of Sarajevo. He obtained his PhD in Economics from the University of Sarajevo in 2016.
Dr. Bašić has over 25 years of executive experience in multinational and regional companies across FMCG, automotive, and consumer goods sectors. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in companies such as Unilever, Heineken, and Henkel, where he was responsible for business development, sales strategy, and organizational leadership.
His research and professional interests include customer relationship management, sales force automation, key account management, and customer value management. He is actively engaged in executive education and professional training, delivering programs in CRM, sales strategy, and leadership development.
