Concert - Baroque delight

Hana Alivodić
Hana Alivodić, graduated in May 2012, at the “Schola Cantorum Basiliensis” Basel, Switzerland in the class of Prof. Hopkinson Smith, with excellent achievement.
Born in Split, Croatia, she started her music education in Montenegro, playing guitar and piano. She decided to explore and dedicate herself to early music and in 2008 she entered the “Schola Cantorum Basiliensis”, specializing in late Baroque music on the German baroque lute. During her studies she established “Le Ris”, a baroque lute duo, with Eon Louw. She performed as a soloist and in various ensembles in Britain; Italy ; France; Germany; Switzerland ; Croatia ; Montenegro; Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
She attended numerous Master Classes and worked with many important names for this specific kind of music. In March 2013 she had a tour in Montenegro, presenting the German baroque lute and coaching modern musicians to play baroque music within the “right” style. From October 2013 she became a student of Psychology by the International University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and from September 2014 she is doing as well her Master’s studies for early music in Zurich, Switzerland.
