Amila Ahmethodžić is a dedicated and proactive PhD candidate and Assistant at the Department of Economics and Management at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS). Amila completed her undergraduate studies in International Business and Finance at IUS with the highest honors and graduated with a Master of Science in Business and Economics at Lund University in Sweden. She specializes in managing people, knowledge, and change; and has experience in the medical device and education industry. Her research interests cover human resource management, leadership, corporate social responsibility, and organizational behavior. Passionate about learning languages, traveling, and volunteering in NGOs.
