Fahir Kanlić, MA, is a lecturer of Business Intelligence and Fundamentals of Data Science courses at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS). He earned his Master of Management degree at the School of Economics and Business of the University of Sarajevo and Master of Artificial Intelligence for Public Services at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) Spain and Politecnico di Milano (PoliMi) Italy. Currently, he is a PhD candidate.

He is employed full-time as a Head of Department in Business Statistics Sector in the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

His research interests include statistical data analysis, econometric analysis, time series analysis, forecasting, artificial intelligence. He has published dozens of papers in refereed journals, international conferences and congresses in economics, statistics and econometrics. He also participated in numerous national and international projects dealing with producing and analyzing statistical data, modelling.
