Dr. Özge Büyükdağlı is an Associate Professor at the IUS and Program Coordinator for the Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering programs. Her academic and professional work focuses on mathematical modeling, optimization algorithms, artificial intelligence applications, and interdisciplinary engineering solutions. In recent years, she has been involved in interdisciplinary research and international projects related to safety-critical systems and intelligent defense technologies.

Her activities have increasingly centered on digital transformation, responsible AI, sustainability, and the societal impact of emerging technologies. Through her roles in academic leadership, international research collaborations, and institutional sustainability initiatives at IUS, she actively contributes to projects that connect technology, innovation, security, and public engagement. She is also an active member of the IUS Sustainable Development Goals Committee, supporting responsible education and sustainable institutional development.
