Job Vacancy: Assistant Professor in the field of Private Law
Faculty of Law of the International University of Sarajevo
International University of Sarajevo was established in the academic 2004/2005 year by the Foundation for Education Development Sarajevo, with the main aim of providing quality higher education for students in English language. Our university has five faculties, and 18 study programs placed within a modern university campus. The Faculty of Law of the International University of Sarajevo invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in the field of Private Law.
We seek candidates who are PhD holders in Law, fluent in English, skilled in teaching and dedicated to academic research, and who published in indexed databases (Scopus, Web of Science).
Currently, our aim is to form a pool of qualified candidates for the potential positions at the Faculty of Law. The exact number of employees and the type of employment will be determined by a separate decision, based on the real need of the Faculty.
Skills required:
- Ph.D. in Law
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- publication indexed in Scopus or Web of Science (including ESCI)
- Knowledge in the field of expertise, with publications appropriate to the level of position sought.
- Commitment to teaching and mentoring students and further development of research
- Ability to work in a team
