Documentary ‘’How to Prove Genocide’’

Thanks to the proceedings before the International Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, it was found out about massive executions of Bosniaks in Srebrenica, BiH and Tutsis in Rwanda. Investigators and prosecutors who worked on these cases spoke for the special edition BIRN BiH TV Justice about gathering evidences and, for the first time in international law, about proving of genocide. Erna Mačkić, BIRN BiH Editor in Chief will talk about reporting form the war crime trials in BiH and international criminal law practice. Students will have an opportunity to ask questions after screening.
