Panel Discussion: Children in Armed Conflict: Institutions, Trauma, and Post-Conflict Recovery

On the occasion of the United Nations International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression, the Global Affairs and Political Studies Club (GAPS Club), in cooperation with the Balkan Study Center, invites students, staff, and the wider community to attend this important panel discussion: 

Children in Armed Conflict: Institutions, Trauma, and Post-Conflict Recovery
With a special focus on Ukraine as a contemporary case of ongoing armed conflict and its long-term impact on children.

The event will explore how armed conflict affects children’s lives, safety, education, mental health, and future development, bringing together both diplomatic and psychological perspectives.
