Instructions for enrolment of existing IUS students into 2019/20 academic year
SCHOLARSHIP | ENROLMENTAND PAYMENT DEADLINES |
For students having 50-100 % scholarship | 1 - 16 July, 2019 |
For students having 0-49 % scholarship | 16 - 31 July, 2019 |
For Master and PhD students | 1 - 15 August, 2019 |
Students who do not enroll into 2019/20 within the periods set above may: - not be able to register the courses; - lose the privilege to pay tuition fees in installments; - be charged with financial penalty. Existing IUS students are enrolling into 2019/20 academic year in line with ongoing contractual commitments stipulated in their individual study contracts. | |
In order to enroll into 2019/20, please do the following:
- Log in to Student Information System;
- Chose “Renewals and Payment Record”
- Read Contract Information (upper left – view) for the following academic year, with the options offered.
- Answer Tuition Fees Questions
- Click “Complete the contract
Important note: After you complete the contract, you will not be able to do any further changes.
***If you cannot view your contract information, or need any other info, please contact finance@ius.edu.ba.
6. After completion, refresh the page and check/view your final payment plan
7. Print, sign and send your payment plan to finance@ius.edu.ba
8. Tuition payment must be done within dates specified above
***Students with 100% scholarship,
***Students with one semester left to graduation, and
***ELS students
should contact finance@ius.edu.ba directly in order to renew their study contracts.
