Aliaksandr Novikau, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations. He earned his PhD in Political Science from Northern Arizona University (USA) and an M.S. in Environmental Sciences and Policy from the same institution. His current research interests include sustainable development, environmental policy, energy security, and security studies. Dr. Novikau is a recipient of the European Energy Security Jean Monnet Actions grant from the European Commission, and he previously participated in the Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program by the United States Department of State.
