
Samir Jusufović holds a Master’s degree in Management from Lund University (Sweden), with a focus on consumer behavior, and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics from Blekinge Institute of Technology. He has been living and working in Sarajevo since 2010 and has several years of teaching experience in higher education, where he uses an interactive, problem‑based learning approach to foster students’ critical thinking, real‑world problem solving and teamwork skills. For more than 20 years, he has been actively involved in e‑commerce, procurement and logistics, product development, online marketing, B2C and B2B sales, and the implementation of new technologies, including artificial intelligence, in everyday business, which enables him to connect contemporary business practice with theoretical concepts and provide students with up‑to‑date, practice‑oriented knowledge.
