Let’s Plant New Trees

Dear IUS staff and students,

IUS systematically works on improving not only its academic performance, but also puts a lot of effort in contributing to the social welfare. An important principle of the IUS Strategy 2022-2026 is UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), which are the blueprint in achieving a better and more sustainable future for all.

Pursuant to SDGs, IUS is organizing a “Let’s Plant New Trees” action in cooperation with KJP “Sarajevo-šume” d.o.o. to encourage planting of new trees and contribute to establishing better environmental conditions in Sarajevo Canton. Trees reduce climate change, purify air, prevent water pollution and control erosion.

Be part of this action and let’s give back to our nature at least a bit of what we take from it.
