Our guest speaker is the Donald Hill Family Postdoctoral Fellow at Dalhousie University, and author of The Post-9/11 Great American Novel. He has also published two novels with HarperCollins - both finalists for Pakistan’s top literary prize.

Sheheryar B. Sheikh is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. His research explores how American values shape post-9/11 cultural production. He is also a novelist with two HarperCollins India titles, each shortlisted for Pakistan’s national literary award.
