In the third public lecture on the topic of Transitional Justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina, speakers will be examining achievements and challenges related to transitional justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina, this time with an emphasis on the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a city that was under the siege for 44 months.
