Data Protection Officer

In accordance with Article 39 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No. 12/2025), the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) has appointed Data Protection Officers.

The Data Protection Officers appointed at the International University of Sarajevo are:

The Data Protection Officers at the International University of Sarajevo (IUS) provide recommendations and advice regarding the processing of personal data to the University’s management and employees involved in personal data processing activities, as well as to data subjects whose personal data are processed by the University.

The Data Protection Officers do not provide legal advice to other controllers or processors of personal data.
